Robsort Sorting Algorithm

Robsort is a sorting algorithm that uses random number generation to sort arrays of integers. It is claimed to be the world's least efficient sorting algorithm. Scientists have calculated the robsort algorithm to approach an order of [n!] (n factorial) inefficiency. However, this inefficiency could only theoretically be obtained by using truly random numbers.
